Terms of Service

These terms apply to the personal, local-use integration called Aside Personal Gmail MCP (the “App”), operated by the owner of the connected Gmail account. Contact: yunmartin@gmail.com.

Personal-use scope

The App is intended for one person's use with their own Gmail account. It is not a hosted or multi-user service and is not offered as a commercial product.

Google authorization

The owner chooses whether to authorize Google OAuth access and may revoke it at any time. The App requests Gmail read and compose permissions. Compose access includes the technical ability to manage drafts and send email.

Email and attachment actions

The App can search and read messages, download requested attachments to the owner's local device, create drafts, and send email. A send action may be difficult or impossible to undo after Gmail accepts it. The owner is responsible for checking the final recipient, message content, and any attachments before requesting a send.

Acceptable use

Do not use the App for spam, harassment, unlawful access, or conduct that violates Google's terms or applicable law. Do not grant untrusted software access to the OAuth client configuration, local token file, or downloaded attachments.

Availability and changes

The App is provided as-is for personal use. No guarantee is made that it will be continuously available, compatible with future Google API changes, or free from errors. Google may change or restrict Gmail API and OAuth access.

Responsibility and termination

The owner is responsible for reviewing AI-generated content and any email before sending. The owner may stop using the App at any time by revoking its Google OAuth access and deleting the local App files and any downloaded attachments.
